Subject: independent machines in a 'subnet'

I have flowscan running, and am trying to group servers by fuction,
rather than ip address. Would the following subnet file do that, or
just cause trouble?

SUBNET=xxx.169
=
SUBNET=xxx.170
DESCRIPTION=personalized mail

and do I need to add the /32 to each address?
thanks
Aaron
