errors running flowscan

Subject: errors running flowscan

Hi!
I compiled and installed flowscan with all required component.
Here is what I have:

1. SUN Solaris 8 ( 4xCPU e-450 )
2. Perl 5.8.0
3. flow-tools-0.67
4. CUFlow-1.5
5. Cflow-1.051

When I fire up a reporting package, would it be CampusIO or CUFlow I am
getting errors in the log file.
There are two type of the errors there.

One:
is related to the problems with the time stamp ( see syntax below ). 
Somehow Cflow::localtime routine returns this value all the time. Which
is 1970 01/01/70
if my TZ=GMT, but in fact I am 5 hours behind

Unexpected timestamp in "/var/netflow/rrds/unknown.rrd": Mon Apr  5
12:45:00 200
4 (1081183500) not within 300 seconds of Wed Dec 31 18:59:59 1969 (-1)


Second:
I am receiving errors as below complaining on some unknown option

     ERROR updating /var/netflow/rrds/ftp-data_src.rrd: unknown option
'/var/netflow/
rrds/ftp-data_src.rrd'


Somehow I think that if I can resolve first problem, my second problem
will be gone.
I would greatly appreciate any help.
