ConfigReader not

Subject: ConfigReader not

When i am installing Flowscan its giving an error " checking for ConfigReader::DirectiveStyle... no " . I installed ConfigReader "cpan> install ConfigReader::DirectiveStyle " but its giving error 

" *** ERROR: unterminated C<...> at line 43 in file Values.pm
  *** ERROR: unterminated C<...> at line 80 in file Values.pm "

Moreover how can i fetch it manually as i dont have any idea of perl.
