RH9 and FlowScan

Subject: RH9 and FlowScan

Has anyone successfully installed using the following?
HW--Dell PE2300
SW--OS-RH9.0

arts++-1-1-a5_i686-linux-2.2.10-gnu.tar.gz
flex-2.5.4
cflowd-2-1-b1
cflowd-2-1-b1-djp.patch
FlowScan-1.006

If so please let me know.
I have a few issues installing arts++, cflowd and FlowScan.  The rest of 
prereqs installed just fine.  I can provide the output of the error if 
you feel you can help.  Thanks in advance for any help.
