There isn't a ready-made solution yet, we've talked about this before, e.g.:

If splitting the flow files (by subnet, which can be done with a perl
script) and running seperate instances of flowscan (w/CampusIO) is
prohibitive, the other alternative is to write a new report, or enhance
an existing one's like SubNetIO or CUFlow
