Hi, I am new with FlowScan, Cflow and so on, so excuse me if these are basic questions but I didn't get enough information with the literature provided and also I haven't read enough ;-) I am reading some literature about the architecture but I can't understand the difference in CampusIO and SubNetIO modules. I understand that SubNetIO is derived from CampusIO and I suppose that these modules are used to get filtered data from cflow raw-files and put it into rrd files, isn't it ? I am using flowscan to obtain the BW used by some fixed hosts. Well, the machine it's the same but it has associated different IP's. So I configured flowscan with reportclass SubNetIO.cf and our_subnets.boulder and local_subnets.boulder in this way: our_subnets.boulder SUBNET=212.31.39.0/28 local_subnets.boulder SUBNET=212.31.39.3/32 DESCRIPTION=A = SUBNET=212.31.39.2/32 DESCRIPTION=B = SUBNET=212.31.39.4/32 DESCRIPTION=C Note that I am using subnet mask = 32 bit. For me, this is working fine but I want to know if I am doing things in the wright way. Thanks in advance.
