The "DiffServ" directive is for the first way I did TOS/DS tallying, which
was to use an RRD file for every one of the 256 TOS/DS values. If you want
to see what it does, just add:
	DiffServ 1
to your CampusIO.cf file. It will create files like DiffServ_<n>.rrd, where
<n> will range from 0 - 255.

The "DiffServ" & "TOSFiles" tallying methods are independent, so you may
enable one, neither, or both.
