Well, I got the flow files down small enough that there is only a backlog of
one file instead of 10-15.  Thanks to everyone for their help.  I'm still
curious though as to why I would be seeing only one-way traffic from
RRGrapher.cgi.  I'm not sure if the problem could be with RRGrapher or the
flow files but I'd like to try to get it nailed.  

Any insight?
