I applied the patches, not expecting it to work, and cflowd still compiled and ran. Flowscan still gave the same error. Any help would be appreciated.
Is this listserv still active?

On additional note, the 2611 is configured as per the flowscan install instructions. I have used the exact same command string with the exception of the ip that is going to be doing the flow fetching.

Subject: Questions regarding Flowscan
I am setting up FlowScan and Cflowd on a dual PII 400 Redhat 6.2 linux box with over 300MB RAM. I intend to process flows initially from one Cisco 2611 router with 2 T1s connected to one ethernet port.
While grabbing all of the software needed for FlowScan, I noticed that the version of cflowd mentioned is nolonger available. So I fetched cflowd-2-1-a9. My question is, among others to come, do the cflowd-2-1-a6 pathes work with cflowd-2-1-a9?
I built the whole system without patching cflowded, and got the following error:
Invalid index in flow data file: 0! Version 5 flow-export is required with *all* data being saved using the COLLECT field of the CISCOEXPORTER stanza(s)!
